Team Organizational Chart:
ERP Team Leader Responsibilities: Organizer of team responsibilities and overall management of the relationships, delegation and success of the team. The team leader will serve as the primary contact person for the team. Also responsible for the setup of the team project site, the URL address, and development of a Performance Contract that delineates team expectations.
ERP Lead Editor Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for collecting, curating and editing information from team work sessions prior to submission. Will perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader and Project Manager.
ERP Project Manager Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for overall design and presentation of the team project. Guides work session progress and reports on project status. Serves as the team’s technical advisor, will manage the team DropBox shared folder. Divides tasks into assignments for team members, and tracks the status of the assignments. Will perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
